BUSINESS People and Burgesses generally are invited to observe Thursday from the hour of twelve (noon) as a close holiday, on the occasion of the funeral of the late Rt. Hon. W. F. Massey, P.C., L.L.D. (Edin.), Prime Minister. A United Memorial Service will be held in the Gaiety Theatre at 2.15 p.m. as a tribute memory of a Great Leader. In compliance with a request from the Acting-Prime Minister everyone is requested to remain inactive for 10 minutes, from ! p.m. to 1.10 p.m. The Mill whistle will be blown to define the 10 minutes.
