NGATEA STOCK SALE. Prices realised at the Farmers’ Auctioneering Co.’s monthly stock sale at Ngatea on Monday, when .i fair yarding was offered, were as foljws : —

light fat steers, £7 16s ; fat heifers, £4 15s. to £5 ; fat cows, £5 to £7'2s 6d, light and unfinished, £3 15s to £4 15s; good frosh-conditioned cows, £2 10s to £3 6s ; 18-month in-calf heifers £2 3s; heifer calves, 20s to 30s; springing heifers, £5 AOs 5 hulls, from £2 10s to £4 10s. A small dairy herd sold at prices ranging up to £5 ss.
