That, at a special meeting o.i the Horahia Drainage Board, held on Friday, the 20th day of March, 1925, it was resolved by way of special order to sub-divide the Horahia Drainage District into three subdivisions, to be called resoectively the CENTRAL, NORTHERN, and SOUTHERN Subdivisions, and to fix the number of Trustees to be elected for the CENTRAL Subdivision at TWO, the NORTHERN Subdivi-. sTion at THREE, and the SOUTHERN Subdivision at TWO. 2.
