HAMILTON STOCK SALE. The Farmers' Co-operative Auctioneering Co., Ltd., reports:— We had a fair yarding of beef and sterne cattle and sheep and pigs in the Frankton yards on Tuesday last. Beef and mutton were firm at late rates, while fat pigs sold- well up to last, week’s quotations. Medium fat steers made from £lO 10s to £ll 15s, light £9 5s to £9 12s 6d ; prime heavy fat coivs £8 7s, lighter £6 10s to £7, medium £Q 7s to £6 ss, light and unfinished £4 to £4 10s ; forward-conditioned 3 nnd 4year steers £8 5s J 2% to 3-year steeis£s 16s to £6 10s; store cow« £2 to £2 10s. Fat wethers made to 39s : fat ewes 32s to 33s ; fat lambs (woolly) 32s 6d to 365; fair 2-tooth wethers 30s ; forward ewes 265. Pigs: heavy biuoners £3 7s to £3 12s, medium £3 to £3 5s good porkers and 1 igiit baeoners £2 12s to £2 17is; medium porkers £2 5s to £2 I.os, light and unfinished 35s to £2 2s 6d ; slips 18s to 25s ; weaners 10s to 15s ; sows in pig £3 10s to £4 15s. ■>
