THE Bank of New Zealand, as Agents for the Hauraki Plains County Council, invites applications for purchase at pai- of debentures, as under:— Turua-Orongo Road Loan of £4520. Turua District Roads Loan of £7750. Horahia Riding Roads Loan of £28,600. Machinery Loan No. 2 of £20.000 (part of £25,000 authorised). The debentures are for £lOO each, and carry interest at 6 per cent, per annum, payable halfyearly. Both principal and interest are payable at any branch of th* Bank of New Zealand in New Zealand free of exchange to the holder. The Turua-Orongo Road Loan and the Turua District Roads Loan debentures are due on Ist April, 1961, and the Horahia Riding Roads Loan and the Machinery Loan No. 2 debentures on Ist July, 1961. Further particulars may be obtained from any of the branches of the Bank of New Zealand in New Zealand, where payment for the debentures will be received free of exchange to the applicant.
