At the Frankton yards on Tuesday we held our weekly stock sale, and had a good yarding ji all classes Beef was easier, especially cow beef, which was considerably lower, tat sheep were about equal to the previosu week, with stores somewhat easier. Fat pigs showed an improvement on late sales, with stores about the same. We quote: Fat z ewes and wethers, prime 3fe 9d; . prime fat lambs 29s to 33s ; aged fat ewes 26s 6d ; good woolly lambs 20s to 23s ; store shorn lambs Ils 6d to 15s; 4-tooth to 5year ewes 30s to 33s ; sound mouth ewes 23s to 25s ; aged ewes 19s to 21s 10(1 ; 2-tooth forward wethers 345. Prime fat steers £ll 9s ; fat cow’s £5 18s, unfinished £3 10s to £4 ; steers £7 8s ; 3%-year steers £6 19s , bulls £2 10s to £3. Best baconers £3 5s to £3 12s, others £2 18s to £3 2s ’, prime porkers £2 15ts to £2 17s 6d, others £2 Ss to £2 12s ; good stores 37s ; weaners Ils to 15s.
