I JOHN TERRY, Sheriff of 9 Auckland, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that under a Writ of Sale to me directed issued out of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Auckland at the suit of “he abovenamed William John Towers, the execution Creditor, against Merea Wikiriwhi, abovenamed and described, in pursuance of a judgment obtained against her in the above action, I HAVE TAKEN IN EXECUTION all that the estate right title and interest of the said Merea Wikiriwhi in the undermentioned land the same being an estate in fee simple subject as hereinafter mentioned in all that piece of land containing 1 acre 1 rood and 32 perches, more or less, being Section 6 of Block 25 of the Town of Paeroa with dwellinghouse of six rooms erected thereon, and all rights and appurtenances thereunto belonging and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 210, Folio 220, Auckland Land Registrv Office: Subject, however co Memorandum of Mortgage No. 76473 originally securing the sum of £2OO with interest at £7 per centum reducible to £6 per centum on punctual payment whereon the sum of £175 is now owing and subject to the provisions of Part XIII. of The Land Act, 1908, and subject also to the rights and remedies (if any) of one Joseph Pennell under and by virtue of Memorandum of Lease dated the sth day of September, 1919, from the said Merea Wikiriwhi to him, in respect of permanent improvements effected by h’.m on the said land as lessee thereof, the compensation for which has been fixed by Arbitrators’ Award at Fifty Pounds.
