TURUA. ROADING SCHEME. The machinery for the construction of the bitumen roads in the Turua Town Board area arrived by a special boat on Thursday morning. The contractors have a complete set of up-to-date road-making machinery, including motor grader and scarifiers, motor rollers, motor shovels, motoMrucks, tractors and trailers, and bitumen heater. All the motors are Fordsons. Two hundred barrels of bitumen have also arrived. I
