NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Thames Valley Electric Power Board at a meeting to be held on Monday, December 22, 1924, at 7.30 p.m., to make and levy a separate rate under Section 4 of the Electric Power Boards Amendment Act, 1923, within this defined portion of the Board’s district, namely, Counties of Piako, Thames, Ohinemuri, Hauraki Plains, and Matamata ; Boroughs of Paeroa and Morrinsville; and the Matamata Town Board, of one farthing in the £ on the rateable value of the rateable property affected (no rates in respect of any one property exceeding £3O, or being less than £1) for the period commencing on the first day of April, 1924, and ending thirty-first day of March, 1925 : such rate to be payable at the office of the Board at Te Aroha in one sum on the first day of January, 1925, to the undersigned at the Board’s office, Te Aroha, where the valuation roll and rate-book are now open for inspection during office hours.
