LAR ON MAIN HUTT ROAD. CONSTABLE’S EVIDENCE. ”My speed reached 63 miles an hour before I overtook him,” declared Constable Morrison in the Wellington Magistrate’s Court recently with reference to Geovanni Schneider, who had exceeded the ispeed limit on the main Hutt road between Ngahauranga and Petone.
