Intrfeest should be roused for the play arranged for next Saturday afternoon tor a bogey handicap competition, over 18 holes, the winner to receive a trophy presented by the club captain, Mr S. Hedge. The draw for will be at 2 o’clock shaip. LADIES. The best net scores returned for the extra L.G.U. round played last Saturday were as follows : ■ Mils Miller 89 —17 —72, Miss M. Thorp 105—33—72, Mrs Bray 87—7— 80 Mrs Silcock 105 —24 —81, Miss F. Walmsley 100—18—82, Miss E. Walmsfey 112—27—85, Mrs Edwards U 2—27—85, Miss Buchanan 120—33 —B7, Mrs Hubbard 123 —36 —87. Next Saturday will be the usual medal round, entrance fee 6d, and players to choose their own partneis. The trophy presibnted by Mrs F. Hubbard for the one-dub match played last Tuesday was won by Mrs E. Andrews with a net score of 85.
