NOTICE is hereby given in terms of section 6 of the Land Drainage Act, 1908, and amendments thereto, that the ratepayers’ list of the above district is now open for inspection at the office of the Board, Waihou, and that a true copy of the said list has been deposited at the residence of Mr M. A. Carter, Netherton. And notice is further given in terms of section 7 of the aforesaid Act that the Stipendiary Magistrate will sit at the Courthouse, Te Aroha, at 10.30 a.m. on Monday, the 20th day of October, 1924, to hear objections and finally revise such list.
