• WAITAKABURU STOCK SALE. ' ■ There was a good yarding at Messrs A. Buckland and. Sons’ monthly sale at Waitakaruru on Friday, and dairy stock, of which there was a fair amount, sold readily. Good 3-year-old heifers brought from £8 to £ll 10s. backward heifers up to £6 ’, good quality dairy cows, close to profit, £8 to £l2; backward springers £4 10s/o £7, others up to £3. Good quality steers brought from £7 10s to £9, fat cows £4 10s to £7, rough and inferior from 20s; store cows in forward condition 30is to £3. A six-year-old mare was sold for £l5. *
