Renee Adoree, who plays the principal feminine role, is known in private life as Mrs Tom Moore The talented little Frenchwoman has been one of the picture sensations of the season. SATURDAY NIGHT. THE GIRL OF THE GOLDEN WEST. The old West, the West of '49, with its boom days, fight days, days of romance. have been brought to life again by Edwin Carewe in “The Girl of the Golden West. It is a story of love and hardships, danger and sacrifice. and contains some of. the most unusual situations ever conceived in a dramatist’s mind. As a matter of fact, the play has been used for many years as a standard of plot construction. In the cast are J. Warren Kerrigan, Sylvia Breamer, Rosemary Theby, Russell Simpson, and other noted screen players.
