Public Notices. OHINEMURI COUNTY COUNCIL. NOTICE OF INTENTION TO LEVY RATES. NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Ohinemuri County Council at its next ordinary meeting on the 7th August, 1924, to make, under section 120 and 121 of the Counties Act, 1920, and section 41 of the Hospital and Charitable Institutions Act, 1909, the undermentioned rates for the year begun on the Ist April, 1924, and ending on the 31st March, 1925, viz : A General Rate of two-pence in the pound on the capital value of all rateable property in the following Ridings • Paeroa Riding, Karangahake Riding, Waitekauri Riding, Waihi Riding, Waikino Riding, Mangaiti Riding and Kaimanawa Riding. And a Hospital and Charitable Aid Rate of five sixteenths of a penny in the pound on the capital value of all rateable property in the County of Ohinemuri. Each of the above rates to be payable in one sum on the 9th day of August, 1924, at the office of the Council in Paeroa.
