Gillard v. S. Graham, £7 4s, costs £1 10s 6d; K. O’Neill v. F. J, Clarke, £4 10s, costs £1 is 6d; W. W. Little v. J. Hill, junr., £1 ss, costs 8s ; F. J. Wells and Sons v. J. F, Montague, £l3 15s 6d. costs £2 14s; Paeroa Borough Council v. W. P. Fennell, £l2 5s lOd, costs £1 3s ; same v. E. N. Davies, £8 4s, costs 15,5; same v. Trustees Returned Soldiers’ Club, £l6 7s Bd, costs £1 3s ; Holes Bros. v. A. Simmons, £6 19s 7d. costs £1 18s 6d. In a judgment summons case, F. T. Halligan, Te Aroha, v. A. Kay, Paeroa, £9 8s sd, costs 15s 6d, payment was ordered forthwith, in default nine days’ imprisonment in Thames Gaol.
