Commencing 19th May, the up and down Thames expresses will not run between Auckland and Morrinsville. The up and down Rotorua expresses will make stops previously made by Thames expresses between Auckland and Morrinsville. The usual 10.5 a.m. down Rotorua express will leave Auckland at 9.12 a.m., taking passengers for Thames and Waihi lines. The usual 9.21 a.m. up Auckland express will leave Thames at 9.5 a.m., Paonia 10.32 a.m., and will run to Morrinsville only, connecting with the up Rotorua-Auckland express. The usual 9.12 a.m. Auckland-Thames express will start from Morrinsville at 2.8 p.m. (after connecting with down Rotorua express), Paeroa 3.38 p.m. The usual 4.5 p.m. Frankton train will leave Thames at 4.10 p.m. and run five minutes later throughout.
