The following report was submitted by the Health Committee at the meeting of the Borough Council last night: "Your committee begs to report that they have spent a good de il of time going into the complaints of the sanitary contractor, and up to the present they can see no way put of this difficulty." On the motion of Cr. Brenan it was decided to adopt the report and thank the Health Committee for its lucid explanation of the position as outlined in the report.
