WARDEN’S COURT.

The following applications wcr? granted at the Warden’s Court, Paero i, on Wednesday last:— Winifred McNeil, for a residence site, t rood 24 perches, section 27, Comes agricultural lease, Karangahake.
W. T. Crosbie, for a residence site, 1 rood, section 4, Block HI., Karangahake.
George Waite, for water races, 17-2 chains on Mang’akawa Stream, and also a special site of 2 acres >.7 perches at Waitekauri.
Surrenders were accepted from Maoriland Mines, Ltd., and C. B. Harper. S.Q.C. 8968. water race 5875, and special claim 5876 at Karangahake. W. McF. Hodges, residence site 8919. Business sites were granted to Marj’ H. Wh f te. 6 perches, section 3A, Block IX, Karangahake, and to Joseph Leo 1 rood, section 18, Block VilL, Karangahake.
A certificate of protection was granted to S. A. Shaw for six months on S.Q.C. 8483.
An extension of time to six months was g-anted to H. D. Pedford on water race claim 9055.
George Waite’s S.Q.C., 100 acres at Waitekauri, and S. A. Shaw’s, for protection for six months on Golden Zone S.Q.C. 9054, were recommended to the Minister.
