LONDON, Monday. In tiie House of Commons Mr Ramsay MacDonald said the Government was communicating with the Governments of tJie Dominions and India on the subject of the Singapore base. He hoped to be able to indicate the policy of the Government at an early date. certainly before Easter. ‘ POT-SHOTS” BY PAPERS. MELBOURNE, Tuesday.
