Public Notices. NOTICE RESPECTING PROPOSED ALTERATION OF BOUNDARIES, BOROUGH OF PAEROA. Department of Internal Affairs, Wellington, February 29, 1924. IT is hereby notified that a petition has been presented to His Excellency the GovernorGeneral under Section one hundren and thirty-three of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, praying that the area described in the Schedule hereto, being now part of the County of Ohinemuri, may be excluded from the said County and included in the Borough of Paeroa. All persons affected are hereby called upon to lodge any written objections to or petitions against the proposed alteration of boundaries which they desire to lodge within one month from the first publication of this notice. Such objections or petitions are to be addressed and forwarded to the Minister of Internal Affairs, Wellington. SCHEDULE. An a proposed to be included in the Borough of Paeroa :— All that area of land in the Auckland Land District commencing at the south-eastern corner Aorangi B Block, Block XIII., Ohinemuri Survey District, and hounded on the South-west and north-east by.the Borough of Paeroa to a point on the southwestern boundary of Hararahi No. 1 L.T. Plan 2720 A deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland, and dis-, tant 2700 links from the ThamesPacrca Road, thence a distance of 700 links along the said southern boundary in an easterly direction. thence by a right line tn the north-eastern corner of Aorangi B Block, Block XUT. afore aid, thence by the eastern boundary of the said Aorangi B T-lock to the boundary of the Borough of Paeroa at the point of commencement.
