TENDERS, addressed to the' 8 Chairman, Hauraki Plains County Council, will be received at the County Office, Ngatea, up to . noon, Saturday, Ist March, 1924, for the undermentioned contracts: — ■ Contract No. 64. —Carting 500 cubic yards of metal, more or less, from Paeroa Quarry and from metal dump at Paeroa railway station on to Wilson’s Road. i Contract No. 65—Carting 609 cubic yards of metal, mor’e or less, from Paeroa Quarry’ and from metal dump at Paeroa railway station on to main road between Puke Bridge and Wilson’s Road. Contract No. 66.—Carting 250 cubic yards of sand, move or less, from the bank of the Waihou river near Puke Bridge on to Wilson’s Road. Contract No. 67.—Carting 1000 cubic yards of metal, more or less, from the metal dump at Netherton Hall on to School Road. Specifications for the above, contracts may be seen at the County Office, Ngatea, and intending contractors will be met on the ground, Puke Bridge, at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, February 27. 1924.
