Pretty girls, delightful melodies, elnrining ballets, excellent glorious scenery and costumes, are included in Stanley McKay’s ’’Alladin" Pantomime, to be produced at the Central Theatre, Paeroa, on Tuesday, February 26. For the New Zealand tour a number of new artists have been engaged, amongst whom is Miss Violet Elliott, probably the greatest comedienne of the “Slavey” type of character Australia has ever seen. Mi<s Laurie McLeod is claimed .i£ the finest figured “boy” iiyianto., and should prove most popular. She is ably assisted in the lovemaking by the charm’ng principal girl, Miss Mollie Ambrt.se. Dancing is featured by the MNses Daisy Sylvester and Elsie Loenard. assisted by a picked ballM. Amongst the excellent specialities are Lorraine McLeod, the bcatuiful Easiern dancer, and Pastor, the crazy acrobatic musician. The comedy is in the safe hands of Mr J. Dwyer, who, as the Dame, is a host in himself. Nothing has been left undone by the management in the endeavour to present an even better entertainment than “Old Mother Hubbard.” ' The prices of admission are popular, and seating may be reserved at Flatt’s without etxra charge.
