D. McWatters v. J. G. King, £lO 4s, costs £1 Ils ; payment ordered within 14 days, in default 10 days in Thames Gaol.
J. Bertelsen v. R. Gage, £8 15s 7dAn order was made varying judgment to make the amount payable by instalments of £1 on the 24th of every month, first payment to be made un February 24, 1924.
