WHOSE FAULT IS IT ?

If a foghorn warps the mariner to steer off the coast, if he still hugs the shore and is wrecked uppn it, whose fault is it ? If the red switchlight is up and .the enginedriver deliberately pulls ahead into another tji'ain, blame the driver.
