TOREHAPE. SPORTS MEETING. The first meeting of the newly- j, formed Torehape amateur sports •• club was held at Torehape on New Year’s Day. Tile willows and poplars along the stream formed an ideal picnic ground, and the gathering was * j a most successful and enjoyable one in every respect, visitors being present from all parts of the Plains.
