Extra attention has this yea.' been paid to the ladies’ department, where a special “trying on” compartment. with a lady attendant, is provided, and it is. safe to say that, there is a splendid selection of all classes and grades of women’s footjverir. which can be inspected. .'Passing on to the. men’s side of ■ke.shop one is confronted with an display of heavy toots, light boots, black boots, tan boots —in fact, every class, of boot in vogue can be produced in a few seconds, as also can. shoes of all makes and shapes. Careful attention has been given to white tennis, bowling, and. cricket footwear, and here, too,, the selection appears to be unlimited.. Comfortable slippers are also stocked. It is safe to say that this year Mr Dales has the best and daintiest stocks of footwear in the district, and. by such, comprehensive stocking he can satisfactorily fit any foot. This point should appeal especially to those witn tender feet, who would give anything to obtain comfortable footwear. Prices are well' within the range of all, and a cordial invitation is extended to call and inspect the stock.
