PURSUANT to Sections 12 and 13 of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, I hereby give notice that a Poll of the Ratepayers of the Awaiti Special Rating Area, of the Elstow Drainage District, was taken on Friday, December 14, 1923, on the proposal of the Board to borrow £30,000 for the establishment of drainage works, and the number of votes recorded for the proposal was 38 and the number of votes recorded against the proposal was 12.
