Let Readers Decide The Question. If a foghorn warps the mariner to steer off the coast, if he still hugs the shore and is wrecked upon it, whose fault is it ? If a careless woikman will, in spite of warning, try to find out how many teeth a'buzz saw has, and the saw tries to find out how many fingers .the man has, blame the workman, not the saw.
