ENTERTAINMENTS.
CENTRAL THEATRE PICTURES TO-NIGHT. THE FIRST DEGREE. A splendid programme has been secured for to-night, the principal film featuring popular Frank Mayo in “The First Degree.” A Century comedy is also on the programme, and another episode of “Buffalo Bill” wLI al-o be screened. SATURDAY NIGHT. THE MARK OF ZORRO. " The Mark of Zorro,” an adaptatoin of Johnston McCulley’s novel, “ The Curse of Capistrano,” will be the feature for to-morrow night. As this highly interesting story is practically a deviation from thpse previously attempted by Mr Fairbanks in so far as the locale, plot, time, and customs are concerned, he has .successfully striven and collected a cast which has been specially adapted in playing their respective parts.
