AN INTERESTING EXHIBIT.
PARA RUBBER COY’S DISPLAY. > As was the case last year, the ex- . hibit of the Para Rubber Company, Ltd., stands out as a feature of the Paeroa Show. This firm has always enjoyed an enviable reputation, not only for the quality of its goods, but also for the very moderate price charged. This year the firm is making a speciality of the well and favourably known Firestone Cord and the Kenyon Cord Tyres. These lines are now well established in. New Zealand, and the discriminating motorist who requires reliability coupled with long service will always insist on being supplied with these ” thoroughbred ” tyres when fitting new rubber to his car. With regard to the. Kenyon Cord Tyre, this is made in cord construction only, and is a fullsize tyre that is giving universal satisfaction in New Zealand. A special feature of the exhibit are the milking machine rubber goods, and guin boots, * tennis shoes, garden hose, hot water bags, etc. The firm has large and varied stocks to select from, and every article sold carries with-it the hall mark of reliability. Motor tyre vulcanizing and re-treading are also prominent features of the Para Rubber Company’s organisation. All retreads carried out by them are guaran’eed for 1000' miles, not that .that distance is regarded as the life of a retread; but. before a tyre has run for 1000 miles any defects in work or material should have developed. The firm has always adopted the policy of giving its customers the immediate benefit of any fall in prices. This they are enabled to do owing to the constant ,watch kept upon the world’s markets, together with the excellence of their buying organisation. which receives the closest attention, and no opportunities are lost when big lines are offered at the right prices. Many people wonder how this firm is enabled to sell their goods at such ridiculously, low prices, but when it is remembered that the company is so well established that it is able to buy its stocks in large quantities in the open markets, the position naturally explains itself. (This satisfactory position also enables the firm to keep the stocks fresh and light, and passes 0n,. t0 the customer the benefit of its long and varied experience. The Para Rubber Company has now established a reputation throughout the Dominion* for firs: quality goods and honest value, and, judging by the increase in the number of its branches, and also ithe tremendous increase in the annual turnover, it must be obvious to all users of rubber goods, be it a motor tyre or a length of rubber hose, that the Para Rubber Company is a most suitable firm from which to make their pur-
chases. The firm’s v Hamilon branch is situated in Victoria Street opposite the _ National Bank’s new premises, and Mr”" C. McKenzie, branch manager, who >s < attending the Paeroa Show, will be j pleased to submit quotations and furnish full information concerning rubber goods.
