WARDEN’S COURT.
MONDAY, NOVEMBER 12, 1923. (Before Mr J. H. Salmon, Warden.) The following applications were dealt with at the Warden’s Court, Paeroa, on Monday : — Thomas Parker,, application to surrev.der S.Q.C, 9169, Waitekauri Reefs, —Accepted as from August J.l, 1923. Henry D. Bedford, application for certificate of protection on the Desert Gold S.R.C.—Granted in terms of Minister’s consent, six months’ protection as from September 3, 1923. The application by H. L. Redfern for a residence site on section 2, Mackaytown, and that of S. P. Williams for residence site on section 39, Karangahake, were granted.
