All - the sporting and newsy incidents of the day are depicted in this week’s issue of the ''Review," the Journal that cannot be surpassed for up-to-date illustrations. The ’Auckland Racing Club’s .spring meeting at Ellerslie is the subject of a special series covering several pages, and showing details of the various important events during the two days successful gathering. The Wellington Racing Club’s meeting at Tren-’ tham and the Poverty Bay Turf Club’s spring fixture are also dealt with, and the A. and P. Show at Gisborne gives sone stiriking incidents. Madame Fahmy, who figured in the recent London murder trial, will also be of striking interest. The centre ■ are occupied by an attractive miscellaneous array, and keen feminine pleasure will be taken in the mannequin display of models at the London Fashions Exhibition, while the .stage and movie world are allotted their own particular quota.
