PttMio Notice*. COUNTY OF HAURAKI PLAINS NOTICE OF INTENTION TO BORROW. Loan of £46,190 for the construction of Bitumen Roads in the Netherton Riding Special Rating Area. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN :— 1. That as security for the payment of interest, sinking \ fund, and other charges on the said loan, it is the intention of the c said Council to make and levy a special rate of sixpence (6d) m t the £ upon the rateable value (unimproved) of all rateable property in the Netherton Riding of the County of Hauraki Plains. - 3. The loan is for a period of 36j years at such rate of inter- j est not exceeding so much as may be authorised under section 11 of the Finance Act, 1921, together with an additional charge to provide the necessary sinking fund.
