Public Notices. COUNTY OF HAURAKI PLAINS NOTICE OF INTENTION TO BORROW. £ Loan of £47,190 for the construction of Bitumen Roads in the Netherton Riding Special Rating Area. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN :— 1. That, as security for the payment of interest, sinking fund, and other charges on the said loan, it is the intention of the said Council to make and levy a special rate of sixpence (6d) in the £ upon the rateable value (unimproved) of all rateable property in the Netherton Riding of the County of Hauraki Plains. 3. The loan is for a period of 36| years at such rate of interest not exceeding so much as may be authorised under section 11 of the Finance Act, 1921, together with an additional charge to provide the necessary sinking fund.
