Public Notices. ELSTOW DRAINAGE BOARD. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the above Board has caused to be classified the whole of the lands with the Awaiti and Central legal subdivisions of the Elstow Drainage District in terms of Sections 33, 34, and 35 of the "Land Drainage Act, 1908,” and all Amendments thereto (such subdivisions being known as the Awaiti Special Rating Area), and the Classification List of Walter Robert George Johnson, Land Drainage Engineer, of Waihou, is now open for inspection of Ratepayers at the office of the Board, Waihou, and at the Netherton General Store, Netherton, during ordinary office hours. ANY OBJECTIONS to the aforesaid list must be handed to the Clerk of S.M. Court, Te Aroha, within seven days next after the expiration of 21 days now appointed for the inspection of the said list, and seven clear days’ notice of such appeal shall be given to the Board before the day fixed for hearing the appeal.
