LADIES. The monthly medal played for last Saturday was won by Miss E. Walmsley, The best cards returned were : Miss E. Walmsley, 116 —28—88 ; Miss D. Poland, 123—32—91 ; Mrs Peacock, 127—36—91; Mrs Budd, 118 —24—94. Next Saturday the third and final round of .the Eclectic match for tjie Captain’s Trophy will be played. MEN. The men’s monthly medal match was played on the links on Saturday and resulted as follows : Miller, 92 14—78 ; Towers, 99—18 —81; Hanna,. 101—18—83; Hedge, 110—26—84; Dales, 105—16—89; Somervell, 99— 16—83. A bogey competition for a trophy presented by the captain* Mr S. J. Hedge, t,o have been played next Saturday, is postponed to a later date.
