CENTRAL THEATRE PICTURES TO-NIGHT. THE LAVENDER BATH LADY. The power of imagination Is brought; out in the theme of “The Lavender Bath Lady,.” the Universal attraction for to-night. Gladys Walton is starred in the role of a shop girl who realises on all her dreams, proving her versatility by adding a new type character to her record of screen appearances. Hign life pu Fifth Avenue, drudgery in a shop, and fairylike adventures in a great country estate are the experiences of working gir] heroine. Edward Burns as David Bruce meets Mayme Conroy —then a complication of circumstances makes everything seem all wrong. SATURDAY NIGHT. MORAN LADY LETTY. A George Mel ford production, “Morain Lady Letty,” is the attraction for to-morrow night. The stars to appear in this production are Dorothy Dalfon and Rudolf Valentino. MONDAY NIGHT. SILVER WINGS. The William Fox production, “Silver Wings,” featuring Mary Carr, the famous mother of “Over the Hill,” will be screened in Paeroa, on Monday night. “Silver Wings” is stated to be even greater than the famous “Over the Hill,” which stirred the country last year. A special matinee for children will be given on Monday afternoon, commencing at 2.30.
