NOTICE is hereby given in terms of Section 6 of the “ Land Drainage Act, 1908,” and all amendments thereto, that the Ratepayers’ List of the Elstow Drainage District for the year ending August -31st., 1923, is now open for inspection at the Office of the Board, Waihou, and that a true copy of such List is deposited at the Netherton General Store, Netherton, and notice, is further given in terms of Section 7 of the aforementioned Act, and its amendments, that the Stipendiary Magistrate will sit at the Court House, Te Aroha, at 10.30 a.m. on Monday, September 17th, to hear objections (if any) and finally revise the List.
