COUNTY OF HAURAKI PLAINS THE attention of settlers in the County of Hauraki Plains is drawn to the following clause in the Hauraki Plains County By-Law, 1922 : — ,148 a—No person shall erect or permit to be erected any cowshed, byre, bail, yard or other structure wherein cows are milked or housed or are capable of being milked or housed nearer than THREE CHAINS to any road, dwelling, or boundary of a neighbour’s property. The term “erect” includes conversion and re-erection. Applications for permission to erect structures in variance with the By-Law cannot by law be granted by the Council, which has resolved that the By-Law should be rigorously enforced.
