With the whole of New Zealand deeply affected by the terrible railway smash and its attendant loss of life special interest will be taken in the efforts of the proprietors of the “N Z. Sporting and Dramatic Review” to make a unique pictorial record of the tragic event. Staff photographers were soon at the scene, and their -results are shown in the lemarkable series of photographs depicting the accident.
