TVT OTICE is hereby given that JLI it is the intention of the above Council at its next- ordinary meeting on the sth July, 1923, to make, under Sections 120 and 121 of the Counties Act, 1920, and Section 41 of the Hospital and Charitable Institutions Act, 1909, the undermentioned rates for the year begun on the Ist April, 1923, and ending on the 31st March, 1924, viz.: A General Rate of in the pound on the Capital value of all rateable property in the following Ridings: Paeroa Riding, Karangahake Riding, Waitekauri Riding, Waikino Riding, Kaimanawa Riding, and Mangaiti Riding. . • And a Hospital and Charitable Aid Rate of Five-eighths of a penny in the pound on the Capital value, of all rateable property in the County of Ohinemuri. .
