POSSUM PADDOCK. THE BOOM PLAY. NOT A PICTURE. Seldom, if ever, has such keen and wide special interest been taken in Paeroa in the visit of a dramatic company as is manifested in the forthcoming long-promised visit of the brilliant New Zealand authoractress, Miss Kate Howar.de, and her popular Kate Howarde players with her hilarious comedy “Possum Paddock” on Wednesday next/ Miss Howarde has just completed a world’s tour with this remarkable comedy, and feels much pleasure in at last being able to respond to the numerous requests to make a comprehensive tour of New Zealand before fulfilling important contracts in Australia, and to include Paeroa in her itinerary “Possum Paddock” is brimful of fun and character, and is worthily termed “The play that has made the world laugh.” Plans are at Flatt’s for Wednesday next.
