The Hauraki Plains Rugby Union notified that they were playing Thames for the Peace Cup on the date set down for the representative game with Paeroa, at Paeroa, and asked- if Paeroa would play on June 16. —Granted. The Thames Rugby Union wrote stating that the only date on which a return third grade match could he played at present was June 9, as a curtain raiser. It was decided that this date was not suitable, but that an effort, be made to have the match played later in the season.
