At Mr G. Keith’s clearing sale at Pipiroa on Monday there was a big attendance of buyers, but bidding was not very keen. Pedigree Jersey cows sold at 18% guineas, 20 guineas, and 23 guineas; bulls at 22 and 23 guineas, heifers at 20% guineas, and calves at 7% and 9 guineas. Other cows averaged £4 and heifers up to £9.
