PUBLIC Notice is hereby given that the above Board has caused to be re-classified the whole of the lands in the Board s area in accordance with sections 33, 34, and 35 of the Land Drainage Act, 1908, and that the Classification List is now open for public inspection for a period of twenty-one days from this date, at the following places, where the same may be inspected during office hours by the owner cr occupier of any land included therein: Office of the Board, Turua Buildings. Any person who thinks himself aggrieved by such _ Classification may appeal against the same on the grounds following, and on no other grounds : (a) That the Classification does not fairly classify the land of ( the appellant. ■(b) That any land liable to be classified is omitted from the classification, or is not Jairly classified. (c) That any land is improperly included within or excluded from the district or subdivision to which the classification relates. Notice of Appeal, setting forth the matter objected to and the cause of objection, must be given to the Clerk of the Magistrate’s Court at Thames within seven days next after the expiration of the twenty-one days appointed for the inspection df the Classification List and not less than seven clear days’ notice of such appeal shall be given to the Board* before the day of hearing the appeal.
