WHOSE FAULT IS IT?
Readers Decide The Question. If a foghorn warps the mariner to steer off the coast, if he still hugs the shore and is wrecked upon it, whose fault is it ? If the red, switch- - light is up and .the enginedriver deliberately pulls ahead into another tjrain,. blame the driver.
