PURSUANT to Section 7 of “ The Local Elections and Polls Act, 1908,” I hereby give notice that an election will be held on Wednesday, the 9th day of May, 1923, for the purpose of electing Councillors for each riding of the County of Ohinemuri, as under : — Foi - Paeroa Riding : Two Councillors. For Kaimanawa Riding: Two Councillors. For Waitekauri Riding: One Councillor. For Waikino Riding: One Councillor. For Karangahake Riding : One Councillor. For Mangaiti Riding: One Councillor. For Waihi Riding: One Councillor. And I hereby appoint the County Chambers, Paeroa, as the place, and Tuesday, the Ist day of May, 1923, before noon, as the day for the nomination of candidates for such office. PURSUANT to Sec. 8 of “The Electric Power Boards Act, 1918,” an election of one Representative for the Ohinemuri County on the Thames Valley Electric Power Board will be held on Wednesday, the 9th day of May, 1923.
