NOTICE is hereby given that at a special meeting of the above County Council held on Thursday, the sth day of April, 1923, a resolution was passed, and will be submitted for confirmation at the ordinary meeting of the Council, to be held on the 3rd May, 1923 at 1 p.m., the purport of the said resolution being as follows, viz.: To authorise the raising of a loan of £llOO for the forming and metalling of portions of Frankton Road and Old Tauranga Road, the loan to be secured by a special rate over the Frankton Road Special Rating Area.
