PURSUANT to “The Harbour Amendment Act, 1911,' and the regulations made thereunder, and to “ The Local Elections and Polls Act, 1908,” and the amendments thereof, I hereby give notice that an election will be held on Thursday, the 26th day' of April, 1923, for the purpose of electing two (2) representatives on the Thames Harbour Board for the combined District of the Thames, Ohinemuri and Hauraki Plains Counties ; and I hereby appoint the County Chambers, Mary Street, Thames, as the place, and Monday, the 9th day of April, 1923, (before noon), as the day for the nomination of candidates fcr such office. RECLASSIFICATION OF LANDS. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the above Board has, by Warrant, made at a Special Meeting held for that purpose on Tuesday, the 27th day ol March, 1923, appointed FREDERICK ERNEST HUGHES of Wharepoa as a fit and proper person to reclassify all lands in the Board’s District in’ accordance with Sections 33 and 34 of the Land Drainage Act, 1908. Public Notice will be given when such Classification has been made and of the places where the-new Classification List may be inspected for a period of twenty-one days.
